Payments policy

Possible layaway for 2 months. The first part at once, the second after 1 month and full payment after 2 months. Sending after full payment. The first payments is not refundable if the buyer has changed his mind about buying works.

What payment methods Tedsby supports?

We support all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via PayPal. At the checkout page, you may choose to pay with credit card or PayPal. PayPal would also accept all major credit cards.

Please note that if you do not have a PayPal account, please select the "Pay with a debit or credit card" option and they will just ask for your credit card information. PayPal will NOT ask you to create an account for the payment.

Why am I transferred to the PayPal site?

After you click the "Buy now" button, you would be securely transferred to PayPal. PayPal offer added protection for both you the customer and the artist.

Shipping policy

I ship the order within 1-3 business days after confirmed payment, carefully packed in a cardboard box, with author certificate. The shipping is performed by Ukrainian Post-office, tracking number will be included.
It usually takes about 2-3 weeks for delivery (worldwide).

Returns policy

The works are sold without returns.
Return is possible only if the item is damaged during the shipping.
